Welcome to our CEO’s Corner! I created this space to have a way to share things with the SBC community. It is also a space for you all to learn more about me and why I am so passionate about working with public service sector organizations. You can also follow me on Instagram at @jessica.e.sharp!

Dr. Jessica Sharp, who uses she/her pronouns, is on a mission to change the world through love & belonging. Jessica is a social entrepreneur, organizational psychologist, content creator, and leadership coach. 

Dr. Sharp has a Doctorate in Leadership Psychology from William James College and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Missouri. Her doctoral research examined the relationships between workplace belonging and race, organizational identification, and employee well-being. Jessica is a certified Quadrant 3 Leadership Coach and is working to complete the John Maxwell Leadership Coach certification program. 

Jessica is living out her life’s purpose through her two businesses - Sharp Brain Consulting and Sharp Brain Productions. Through these ventures, Jessica works with organizational leaders who want to create stronger cultures as well as individuals who want to learn more about self-love, belonging, and building community. As a social entrepreneur, Jessica’s professional life and purpose intersect in a way that allows her to do her part in making the world kinder and more loving.
